You know that you are in trouble when you have to document every call that you make. There offer to return is not what you think.

After the fact, You must: sleep on min 45 nights they won't talk about it until then, fill out questionnaire apply for RMA and execute contract, wait 14 days for approval, wait another 30 days for shipping arrangements to be made. Possible problems, you made the bed wrong, you put on the mattress protector too tight.

You need to put more foam on top, we will send it to you. Etc, delay, obfuscate, deny RUNAWAY!!!!!

Thank you for your comments on our return process. Though it may seem silly to ask some of the questions we do, we find it beneficial to help us and our customers understand if the mattress was assembled correctly, if the foam layers were plush enough or if the top panel gave the expected level of comfort.

Because the great majority of our business is done online and over the phone, questions help us and the customer see the complete picture. Instead of going through the buying process again after a return because one item wasn't perfect, we ask many questions to uncover potential solutions. We gladly accept returns for customers we can not get perfectly comfortable. Industry wide where sleep trials are offered, there is a minimum requirement of time to sleep on the mattress to get comfortable with its performance.

We are just the same. Unlike returning a sweater to a department store, Personal Comfort Bed mattresses are a bigger item to return, usually shipped in multiple boxes and need to be returned systematically to ensure all parts and pieces are received to ensure full credit to our customers.
