mattress was never ever comfortable. took forever to get the damn thing, missing pieces, wrong size pieces (had to cut down some foam to fit).

it seems that the pump is just...well... off. never seems to deflate much until it gets to around 11 or 12 ! that cant be right.

!! when you inflate from 30 to 45, it only pumps air for a 2 or 3 seconds.... that cant be right either. its very uncomfortable.

nothing like the comfort aire it replaced. the whole purpose of this mattress IS to be adjusted. like sleeping on a board !!!! LESSON LEARNED.

i dealt with customer service at the beginning, but was sadly, very disappointed , to say the least. free sheets ( poor quality) doesnt fix a bad mattress.

bad , scripted, customer service. next tax refund, new mattress, from ANYWHERE but personal comfort.

Reason of review: Bad quality.

I didn't like: Overall comfort of the bed.

This is not even close to a typical experience. Our products are warrantied for 25 years so if there is EVER an issue like the one you describing, our customer service department can resolve it quickly.
